Always Did Like The Carpenters

Whew, I finally got out of that sauna! Don't get me wrong; my mustache and unibrow have never looked more stunning. That's the magic of a spa for you.

But I felt like stretching my pumpkin legs, so I took off for bigger and more roomy spaces. My current roost gives me a great view of all the goings-on in this place, plus I'm in earshot of one of the finest example of 1990s technology. Makes me even more nostalgic...

My New Neighbor...is moved in.

My new neighbor, Gary, is an envelope printer. The rumor of his coming was filled with warnings of how noisy he could be, however I am proud to report that Gary has not measured up to the hype. He is fairly calm and hasn't thrown too many wild parties. We enjoy the same kind of music and agree that Smashing Pumpkins was the worst band ever. Remember those guys?

It seems you are having trouble finding me. I been here over a month. I'm sending a picture so you can remember what I look like. Open some drawers and search some panels...I'm still waiting for you.

Here's a hint. I hear there is a new neighbor moving in next to me. Looks like that neighbor makes the sames sounds that my current structure does. 

Come find me and bring me some ear plugs.

Seriously, what is this place? I’m thankful Kristi came to my rescue before I became the next chew toy for one of WGM’s precarious toddlers. That nursery smells of fear for someone my size and handsome physique.

Swoosh. Creeeek. Bang.

After that near fiasco, I was ready for a little r & r. Kristi explained that my next spot would be a bit more spa like, or that’s what I pictured when she said sauna. I was thinking I would have plenty of time to work on my manscaping, but it’s dark and my neighbors are rowdy.

Beep. Craaaaank. Bam.

Someone is coming. Stop! Come back. People come and go, but never hang out here long. Please, hurry and find me. I need to be saved from this raucous. I’m not sure how long my stash and brow can remain on point in this temp. I beg you.

To Workplace,

             Today I'm relaxing with mi amigo y mi amiga. The billboards here have obnoxiously big letters, almost too big for my eye to see properly. However my friends say it smells strongly of wood and coffee which is aesthetic enough to keep me here. I hope to see you soon!

A Calculated Move

Wow! That new copyeditor you have sure isn't very perceptive. I hung out in her bookshelf for so long that I think my unibrow is permanently flattened. Maybe my new host will have a comb and can fluff me out.

It was a calculated move on my part. I enjoy the security I feel under World Gospel Mission, especially with all these presidential transitions happening everywhere I turn. Who would have thought the entire country and WGM would be going through leadership changes at the same time.

Well, happy hunting, friends! Knock on wood I'm found a little quicker this time around.
